If you are creating an account for the first time, click on "Create New Account" below and on the next screen enter a "Login" name (such as johnb or karenb - no spaces) then enter your email address in the next space and then enter a password (such as "angel"). You will be asked to confirm your password to eliminate errors. You will then enter your name, address, etc. which will be stored by the system when you click "Save" and retrieved when you enter your "Login" and "Password" the next time.
